This is the minutes on agenda of items for the previous four monthly meeting held at the office of the CPMG Gujarat Circle, on 25.08.2010.

Main purpose is to keep them informed and updated regarding correspondence by Circle Union with administration, replies received, copy of agenda/minutes of all RJCM, bimonthly and four monthly meetings with administration. Moreover, latest information and updates regarding service related issues and Govt. orders will be available on this blog. It is compulsary for all Divisional Secretaries and Circle Office Bearers to daily refer to this blog and receive instructions, about functioning of Union, for them.
