Circle Office memo dated 24.1.14 regarding grant of special CL for attending Circle Council Meeting at Junagadh on 2/2/14

Joint Circular in Gujarati language issued by NFPE Unions. It may be better if same circular is endorsed, signed by Divisional Secretaries and sent to all POs/BOs in their division.

Notice of Circle Union for Circle Council to be held on 2.2.14 at Junagadh.

Pl note that hard copies of all these letters, circulars etc. has been posted today from Ahmedabad to all DS as well as Circle Office bearers and CS of NFPE Unions. It may be received latest by Monday.

Please take up all program seriously and be in consultation of Circle Union.

NOTICE
                                                                         FOR CIRCLE COUNCIL MEETING

In accordance with the provisions contained in article 32 (a) of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union Group ‘C’, notice is hereby given to all concerned that the meeting of the Circle Council of All India Postal Employees Union Group ‘C’ Gujarat Circle will be held on 02.02.2014 at Sorathiya Dhobi Gnati ni Jagya, Opp. Hotel Balvi, Main Chowk, Bhavnath Taleti, Junagadh.

The meeting of the Circle Council will commence at 10:00 hours on 02.02.2014 sharp. All Office Bearers of Circle Union and all Divisional Secretaries are requested to attend the meeting in time. The following shall be the items of Agenda for the Circle Council.

AGENDA
1.      To read and pass minutes of last Circle Council Meeting held on 14.12.12.
2.      Assessment of division wise preparation for the 2days strike on 12th  and 13th February 2014
3.      Organizational Activities since last Circle Council held in December 2012
4.      Initial discussion on preparation for Final Convention of Golden Jubilee Year of NFPE, being organized at Jamnagar in November 2014.
5.      The next Circle Conference.
6.      Review of Financial position of Circle union and arrangement of Expenditure of last Circle Conference held at Jamnagar on 15.12.12
7.      Remittance outstanding Quota to all Higher ups and indent for Hand Book 2014.
8.      Any other subject with the permission of the Chair.
