CIRCLE SECRETARY WILL VISIT MEHSANA DIVISION ON 20.01.11

As proposed by Com.D.R.Patel D/S, the Circle Secretary will visit Mehsana division on 20.01.11. In this division, there are constantly prevailing certain problems which will be discussed with members and suitable representation shall be prepared. C/S will also try to visit neighbouring divisions if possible. Members of Mehsana division are free to call C/S on 9427208408 if they want to convey any problem/suggestion but can not remain present on the working day on 20.01.11.
Com.S.K.Vaishnav Asst C/S will also accompany C/S through out the tour.

FRUITFUL BIMONTHLY MEETING OF VADODARA REGION HELD ON 17.01.2011

Bimonthly Meeting of Vadodara region was held on 17.01.2011. Lt.Col.D.K.S.Chauhan Hon. PMG Vadodara, in the begining conveyed few words to welcome all representatives and inspite of his tight time schedule, heard all representatives very peacefully and gave positive response. C/S conveyed very briefly that his main concern is about clearance of MACP in the region. There are two types of cases, first the cases which are not problematic and clear, should be immediatly considered. Secondly, the cases of pending representations for upgradation of ACR from 'Average' to 'Good', for the purpose of opening doors for such employees for getting ACP, requires positive consideration. In the end of discussions Hon.PMG assured to positively consider all such pending cases. It is expected that within next 3 weeks, issue of MACP in the region will be settled. Com.S.M.Patel and Com. C.D.Thakor were also present in the meeting.

SPECIAL THANKS TO SENIOR COMRADE S.S.VAISHYA

Circle Secretary was attending AIC at Alandi (Pune) for the first time as a C/S and obviously requiring valuable guidance from senior experienced comrade in view of various aspects to be dealt with. Com.K.B.Barot Ex.C/S was unwell and could not attend. One month ago, C/S had requested Com.S.S.Vaishya to attend AIC. Accordingly he attended and remained continuously present through out days and did not even go for side seeing when other comrades moved out. He was not unhappy even when accommodation arrangements could not be made in time for him.He provided valuable help and assistance, using his long experience, for which Circle Union conveys special thanks to Com.S.S.Vaishya and wishes him long, healthy and peaceful life.
