Attention all DS : Book tickets tomorrow for Lucknow AIC .... pl inform Circle union about delegates and train details

Chalo Delhi on 28-4-15
All DS are requested to make it clear as to how many delegates are coming to Jantar-mantar New Delhi on 28-4-15? Inspite of repeated requests most of the devision has not come up with clear reply. Even if no delegate is visiting Delhi on 28-4-15, that should also be replied.

Book tickets for attending AIC Lucknow
All are aware about All India Conference at Lucknow on 4-6-15 to 7-6-15. Please book tickets on 1-4-15 itself to avoid hardships in getting confirmed reservations. Information about names of delegates and arrival - departure details should also be given to Circle union. Please remember, there will be no night sessions at AIC this time. All delegates will be free at evening time. It may also be strictly noted that all delegates must be present in all sessions on all four days. Attendance certificate as a delegate will be given to only such comrades who regularly attends. If some comrades intends to visit other places, either they should plan their program before or after dates of AIC.

Clear quota up to 31-3-15 to all higher ups.
Comrades, there is no justification in going in arrears in the matter of sending quota fixed for Circle-CHQ-NFPE. All DS must invariably clear their quota up to 31-3-15 without fail. Your inactive approach in this matter create embarrassing situation for all higher ups. Any division with any amount of quota in arrears will not be allowed in AIC. They have to pay up at the counters at the vanue of AIC. So to avoid hardships in standing in ques, remit quota immediately to Circle, CHQ and NFPE.

Start preparations for indefinite Strike from 6-5-15.
Comrades, all are aware about call of indefinite Strike from 6th May 2015 by Postal JCA. On all websites, Circulars and magazines all details including Charter of Demands has been published. Please form JCA at Divisional level, issue circulars in Gujarati language, prepare plan and initiate campaign program through out division and make it sure that no division finds excuses at any juncture. We will together make it a successful strike all over Gujarat. Contact circle union for any help or guidance. Leaders of NFPE & FNPO will also jointly visit various divisions and week corners. Any division can specially ask for joint staff meetings. Let us concentrated on this.

Biennial divisional conference of Porbandar was held on 29th March at  Bhoy Gnati Vaadi, Porbandar. Shri. D.N.Kurani SP Porbandar was chief guest of the function. He along with Com.S.K.Vaishnav Circle President and Com.Rashmin Purohit Circle Secretary, inaugurated the conference. Com. Vaishnav presided over the function. Com.K.B.Chudasma ACS, Com.Rajen Desani DS P3 Rajkot, Com.Damjibhai Chavda DS P4 Rajkot, Com.R.C.Banugariya President P3 Gondal, Com.Mahesh Rajyaguru Vice President P4 Gondal, Com. Kanani Divisional President GDS union Porbandar and several other guests remained present.

COM.Devabhai Odedara Divisional President welcomed all guests in the beginning. Learned speech was given by Shri.D.N.Kurani SPO. All guests delivered significant speeches. CS especially cited history of struggles and successful agitations by our federation as well as JCA. He also discussed on current seriez of agitation programs, charter of demands and indefinate strike from 6th May. He also requested divisional leaders to leave space for young comrades who are willing to become front runners on the platform of trade union movement. Com.H.P.Hindocha DS had submitted application for voluntary retirement but the house, in one voice, requested him to withdraw notice and continue in services looking to crucial period coming in next months. He agreed. He was unanimi elected as DS and Com.Devabhai Odedara as Dnl.President. Presidential speech was delivered by Com.S.K.Vaishnav. Com. Kotecha gave vote of thanks. A very nice lunch arrangements was made at a famous dining hall. Circle union greets newly elected office bearers and expects rejuvenation in Porbandar division in coming days and 100% strike from 6th May.







Biennial Divisional Conference and felicitation ceremony of Com.I.D.Joshi Senior leader at Gondal on 2nd April, 2015

Biennial Divisional Conference of Gondal division will be held on 2-4-15. At this juncture, a grand felicitation will be given to Com.I.D.Joshi our senior leader and PM Gondal HO who retired on superannuation. This function will be witnessed by all Divisional Secretaries of Rajkot region as well as many representatives from all over Gujarat. Most of the officers in the divisions and R.O.Rajkot and retired officers will also grace the function as special invitees. Circle union conveys best wishes for a memorable event.

Notice under Article 25 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union Group 'C' read with Article 20(a) and 22 ibid is hereby given that 30thAll India Conference of this Union will be held atBaba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Vishwa Vidyalaya, Vidya Vihar, Raebareli Road, Lucknow – 226026 (Uttar Pradesh) from 4th June 2015 to 7th June 2015.

The following shall be the items of Agenda for the All India Conference:-
1.       Confirmation of the proceedings of the 29thAll India Conference held at Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) in March 2013.
2.       Consideration and adoption of Biennial Report.
3.       Consideration and adoption of the Audited Accounts 2012-13, 2013-14 & 2014-15.
4.       Adoption of Budget Estimates for the next session.

MEETING OF NFPE LEADERS WITH 7th CENTRAL PAY COMISSION AT NEW DELHI



A meeting of NFPE Leaders consisting Coms. R.N. Parashar Secretary General , Giriraj Singh , General Secretary-R-III, N. Subramainan General Secretary P-III, R. Seethalaxmi General Secretary P-IV, P. Suresh  General Secretary R-IV , Pranab Bhattacharya General Secretary Admn., T. Satyanarayana General Secretary Postal Accounts, Virendra Tiwari General Secretary AIPSBCOEA, Pandu Ranga Rao General Secretary GDS(NFPE), R. Shivanarayana President P-III, S.K. Bardhan President R-III, S.P. Kulkarni President AIPSBCOEA, Balwinder Singh Treasurer P-III, Manohar Lal  Vice President P-IV, was held with Chairman of 7th CPC Justice A.K. Mathur alongwith Smt. Meena Agrawal , Secretary, Shri Jayanyt Sinha Jt. Secretary , Shri Vivek Rae Member, Shri Y. Shukla, Director, Shri Rajeev Mishra Advisor, Shri Mudit  Mittal Director, at 7thCPC Office Chhatrapati Shivaji Bhawan Qutab Institutional Area , New Delhi.

Com. R.N. Parashar, Secretary General NFPE after welcoming Chairman & other members initiated oral evidence on memorandum submitted by NFPE. He narrated all important points related to Postal, RMS, MMS, Admn, Offices, Postal Accounts, SBCO and GDS issues alongwith Casual Labourers issues. All General Secretaries of NFPE affiliated unions presented their sectional issues very nicely.

The most important thing of this meeting was that Chairman gave a patient hearing on GDS issues. Com. P. Panduranga Rao General Secretary, GDS (NFPE) presented the case of GDS in perfect manner and again submitted a copy of memorandum to Chairman, Hon!ble  Chairman  also gave positive assurances on most of the issues.

Meeting was ended in a very co-ordial environment.

GLIMPSES OF BIENNIAL DIVISIONAL CONFERENCE OF KACHCHH HELD AT BHUJ ON 22-03-2015

Biennial Divisional conference of Kachchh dn was held on 22nd April 2015 at Conference hall of Lalan College, Bhuj. This was a very nicely and perfectly well organized event by Team Kachchh dn. under able leadership of Com.Mihir Gandhi as Divisional Secretary. Shri. Dr.Paresh Raval Learned personality and Principal of the college and Shri. S.P.Hariyani SP Kachchh dn were special invitees. Com.S.K.Vaishnav Circle President, Com.Rashmin Purohit Circle Secretary and Com. M.G.Dulera Circle Finance Secretary were present from Circle union. Com.Dinesh Solanki Divisional Secretary Ahmedabad City Dn., Com. C.M.Nayak Divisional Finance Secretary of Ahd City Dn. also remained present. Shri.Pattabhiraman ASP HQ and Shri. Montu Joshi SDI also added charm in the function by their presence. Shri. Daulatsinh Dhal, Divisional President and Regional Secretary of NUPE Group'C' also present through out the function and established Unity of Postal JCA in the division and region too. Presence if Dedicated leader and DS of GDS union (NFPE) Com.Naresh Bhatt was also glorifying the event. Com. Joshi DS P4 was also present. A grand farewell was given to retired comrades of all cadres.  The Conference was presided over by Com. Sunil Mehta Divisional President.

Inspiring and educative lecture was delivered by Shri. Paresh Raval. Shri.S.P.Hariyani also delivered an affectionate speech and called upon all cadres to maintain positive approach in daily routine life besides duty in office. He is a very co operative and beloved officer having incomparable image upon staff where he worked, said CS about him in the speech. 

CS and Circle President described at length need of unity, awareness and active involvement of each member in coming programs under banner of Postal JCA and National Council (JCM). The Circle Secretary specifically mentioned that Kachchh division has launched all agitation programs most perfectly and you have set examples for others. This is great pride of this division. Moreover, staff fought strongly against corruption. The result may be anything but this fight set a solid impression and sense of fear in the mind of all corruption doing elements who started to believe that there is a union which will recognize and strongly fight against corruption and injustice by misuse of powers.


The delicious and tasty lunch was also very nicely served at the end of program.

Com.Sunil Maheta and Com. Mihir Gandhi were unanimously elected as Dnl President and Secretary respectively.

Circle union greets newly elected body with hope that they will organize and attend all programs in next months onwards.
