The cost of the book will be Rs.40/- which is fixed on below cost price. Branches are requested to rush their indent positively before 05.11.2010.

APPEAL TO ALL DIVISIONAL SECRETARIES
The Hand book 2011 is very useful for all members to use as daily ready reference on various service matters. All Divisional Secretaries are requested to provide a copy to all members. The cost Rs.40/- can be easily recovered from members afterwards. Once it is supplied, everyone will be satisfied and start refering to it as and when any question arises. Comrades, we all must respectfully respond to this great effort of our CHQ by publishing such useful handbook. I appeal to all divisional secretaries to place indent immediately and inform Circle Secretary as well as CHQ directly about number of copies required for their division.
