Bimonthly Meeting with DPS HQ will be held at C.O. Ahmedabad on 24.11.2011.
Bimonthly Meeting with PMG Rajkot will be held at R.O. Rajkot on 25.11.2011.
Circle Secretary will attend all these meetings and discuss items on agenda. If any D.S/member want to suggest any important matter to be taken up, they may contact C/S.
For Rajkot region, any suggestions/issues may be communicated through Com.S.K.Vaishnav Asst. C/S who will also accompany C/S in the Bimonthly meeting at Rajkot.
Circle Secretary will visit few divisions of south Gujarat area in Vadodara region and stay overnight on 26th November at Valsad and study cases pending MACP and prepare representations. If needs, special meeting with Hon.PMG Vadodara will be arranged on the issue. C/S also desires to visit Bardoli and Navsari division on 28th and also to visit several POs where post attached quarters are unsustainable and SPMs are forced to occupy and put to loss of HRA.
On 2.12.11 C/S will go to Allahabad for attending study camp and will return after 10 days.
