Circle Secretary visited Bhavnagar division on 03.11.2011. Bhavnagar is the best division of our circle so far as trade union movement is concerned. This division is well known for a disciplined leadership. It is also prestigious that there is no branch of any other union in the division. With the change of time, change of level of expectations, change of chemistry of human relations in the new era, healthy change also comes in the vision of members for brighter future of union as well as members. There were healthy and invisible competition by few leading members in Bhavnagar division who desired to work more efficiently and provide leadership in the divisional union.
With an intention to provide a platform to all members to express their views and suggestions before leaders of Circle Union, Circle Secretary visited Bhavnagar division alongwith Com.S.K.Vaishnav Asst C/S and Com.M.G.Dulera Circle Finance Secretary and personally heard all members very peacefully at the Inspection Quarters through out the day. The entire process of discussions was very useful and guiding to all of us.
Circle President Com.Prakash Rathod had quite maturely guided us in the matter which converted a gloomy morning into a pleasant evening.
Divisional conference of this division will be held on 13.11.2011.
