Request for providing accommodation for union office in Postal Colony.

Respected sir,
I request to kindly consider that our union requires accommodation for its office. Particularly after election of new Circle Secretary from area away from Circle head quarters, the requirement is now indispensable.

There may be quarters vacant in any of the P&T colonies. Kindly arrange to allot us one quarter which ever feasible in any colony. Kindly propose us an accommodation if options are available. We shall pay whatever amount computed as per rule regularly.

There are branches of our union in all divisions of Gujarat circle with huge membership and representatives frequently happen to be at circle head quarters and we shall be highly obliged if the request for providing accommodation is considered at an early date.
