Respected Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the Committee constituted to examine the restructuring of Postal Accounts cadres has finalized its recommendations on 05-07-2011, and the Internal Finance has also cleared the proposals. At this point I would like to bring to your kind attention the assurance given by your good-self during the negotiations on the strike charter with the Postal JCA that the cadre restructuring proposals of the Postal Accounts will be cleared immediately. But still they are with the Postal Estt. Branch. Hence, I request you to kindly approve and cause to submit to the nodal ministry concerned for further necessary action, without waiting to bunch up with other cadre restructuring proposals.
