NOTICE FOR 26^th CIRCLE CONFERENCE

It is to notify under Article 29 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union Group ‘C’, (Federated to the National Federation of Postal Employees) and in compliance with the resolution passed by the Circle Council Meeting dated 1 & 2 October,’12 that the 26^th Circle Conference of AIPE Union Group ‘C’ Gujarat Circle will be held, to transact following items on the Agenda, on the date, time and venue as under:

Place: Kunvarbai Jain Dharmashala, Pavanchakki road, Jamnagar      Date: 15 & 16.12.2012 

Time:   on 15.12.12 at 14.00 p.m. to 20.00 p.m.

 on 16.12.12 at 09.00 a.m. onwards (followed by Open session)

Com.P.R.Rathod Circle President, will preside over the meeting

AGENDA:

1.    To read and approve minutes of last meeting.

2.    To discuss and pass resolutions on problems of each division.

3.    To discuss and review of functioning of Divisional Unions as well as Circle Union.

4.    To consider and adopt Biennial Report, Audited Accounts and Budget Estimates.

5.    To elect Office bearers, and Supreme Councilors and to appoint an Auditor.

6.    Any other item/s with permission of chair.

All Divisional/branch Secretaries and Circle Office bearers including Supreme Councilors are requested to be present at the meeting without fail.

It is to notify under Article 31 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Unon Group ‘C’, that the Circle Council Meeting of AIPE Union Group ‘C’ Gujarat Circle will be held to transact following items on the Agenda, on the date, time and venue as under:

Place: Kunvarbai Jain Dharmashala, Pavanchakki road, Jamnagar      Date: 15.12.2012 

Time:  09.00 a.m. onwards

AGENDA:

1.    To read and approve minutes of last meeting.

2.    To discuss and pass resolutions on problems of each division.

3.    To discuss and review organizational matters.

4.    To implement formation of AIPEU GDS (NFPE) in Gujarat Circle.

5.    To consider and adopt Biennial Report, Audited Accounts and Budget Estimates to be presented in the Circle Conference for adoption.

6.    Any other item/s with permission of chair.
