All India Seminar on 7^th CPC - Postal Assistants & allied cadre to be held on 26^th & 27^th May, 2014 at New Delhi- Request for grant of Special Casual leave to delegates.

Directorate letter No.17/09/2014-SR   dated 20^th May 2014 addressed to the GS AIPEU Gr.C.

Hon’ble sir,

The Directorate has asked our General Secretary to refer to its instructions contained in 54-1/83 SPB.II dated 6.12.83 regarding grant of Special Casual leave for the purpose of attending above cited Seminar.

Accordingly I enclose herewith an attested copy of the notice for the above said seminar with a request to immediately issue instructions to all concerned to grant Special Casual Leave to all delegated from divisions who are attending Seminar at Delhi on 26^th and 27^th June 2014 to enable them to attend and perform journey to and from Delhi.

All Divisional Secretaries along with maximum two delegates (total 3) and all Circle office bearers will attend the seminar.

With a request to do needful very urgently, as the directorate instructions came in just yesterday and dates for journey are very close.
