PATAN DIVISION NOW ACTIVE TO REDRESS STAFF GRIEVANCES

I have narrated here under the problems of my division. You are requested to take up with appropriate authority.
Two officials working at division office since so many years. On completion of tenure, transfer orders are issued but actually they never been transferred. Only paper transfer is done. Matter was earlier reported to the circle union result awaited. This year also both are completing their tenure Detail is lying with you in past correspondence. Also during rotational transfer gradation list is not kept in view .but junior Pas are posted as SPM .In training of PTC Vadodara some persons are not deputed since long years.
2. Three (3) S.O. require being de-quarterised 1.MUJPUR, SARIYAD, VADAVALI.having no basic facilities of lavatory, bathroom, Effectual selling, Walls are risky for human being to reside .no adequate size as per revised norms.
3. Division is facing shortage of staff due to deputation on various administrative post etc. position is as under. 7 P.A. VACANT,2 PA Deputed as IPPATAN,& IP(PG) ASP, 2.P.A.Working as S.A.,1.deputed to D.O. for PLI work ,1.P.A. Deputed PLI ABAD ,1.P.A. Deputed M.E.PATAN DO.
COMMAN problem at every where --Real earning sector of the department is P. O. counters are facing shortage of staff which reflects into bad customer service, we lose the business & non earning staff of D.O. always avails full /excess staff they never suffer staff shortage.
However There no any complaint against my divisional head is a good human being.

Is it worth to give certificate of " good human being " by the Divisional union to the Head of the Division specially when we are having grievances with his administrative decision ....we should reconsider such statements .....
